The History of Dictators – part 2

There is a bit of a sudden edit as we pick up part 2 of the History of Dictators.

We have more on Napoleon. We briefly discuss some famous historical dictators, including Pol Pot from Cambodia. We look at some people who could have been dictators but weren’t.
